Cell Phone Use Prohibited at Parkwood Hill

Students may not display or use cell phones inside our school building, or outside our building during school hours (e.g., at recess, PE).

Students may carry a cell phone, but it must be completely powered off and out of sight (e.g., in a backpack, in a pocket).  A student using his cell phone at school may be asked to surrender his device to a teacher/staff member, and a fee may be charged before the device is returned to a parent/guardian.  Any student who uses his/her cell phone in a restroom will be subject to immediate suspension.
